Billing & Patient Inquiries
We aim to make the billing process as transparent and stress-free as possible. Patients can typically expect to receive a statement within 30 days of their service. Your statement will list the date of service, treatments performed, and applied adjustments. When reviewing your statement, please ensure that the account number matches your records. If you notice any discrepancies, our dedicated team is here to assist you during regular business hours.
